I just bought a Dodge truck with a receiver hitch that has been locked in place with one of those receiver hitch locks. Have already had a reputable locsmith try to pick the lock to no avail. Also, there isn't alot of room for a grinding wheel to fit. Fixed the problem, drilled the core out and the lock popped off. Thanks for the suggestions
